A 3-month-old girl was abandoned at a Philadelphia Walmart on Thursday night, Philadelphia Police confirm with PEOPLE.
The Philadelphia Department of Human Services took the child in their custody.

The Philadelphia Police Department’s Special Victims Unit (SVU) is currently investigating the incident, and no charges have been filed.

Representatives for the Department of Human Services and the Philadelphia Sheriff’s Office did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment on Friday.
