Serves 21 cup cherry tomatoes, halved8 oz. marinated mozzarella balls, plus 2 tsp. of the marinade1 tsp. garlic salt2 store-bought naan¼ cup fresh basil leaves
In a bowl, toss tomatoes and mozzarella with garlic salt and the reserved marinade. Divide the mixture among the naan and broil on high in the upper third of the oven until the cheese is melted and slightly browned, 3-4 minutes. Top with basil while hot, slice and serve immediately.
