Adele Admits She Gets 'Nervous' Around Parents of Son's Classmates but Says the Kids 'Don't Care' Who She Is

In an interview withThe Hollywood Reporter, the singer, 35, chatted about her 11-year-old son Angelo, telling the outlet that she’s been getting more involved at her son’s school.

“I’m thriving a bit,” said Adele. “Now there are so many things that his school does the most, with community vibes, which is fantastic. The kids don’t care. The kids don’t give a flying f— who I am.”

“And I get, not insecure, but I get nervous around loads of adults and strangers that I don’t know. And so making food for school events, it’s my dream.”

“I’ve actually been writing lists,” she added. “So every time I see a name that I like, I write it down in my phone.”

Adele has opened up about motherhood beyond just her interactions with fans, too. Back in 2022, the singer toldEllethat she wanted to give Angelo a sibling. “I definitely want more kids. I’m a homemaker and I’m a matriarch, and a stable life helps me with my music,” she said.

“Right now, all I got in my brain is Vegas. I want to f—ing nail it,” she added.
