Al Pacino, Noor Alfallah Determine Parental Relationship of Son, Ask Courts to Finalize Custody and Child Support

Al PacinoandNoor Alfallahare another step closer to determining child support and custody of their son Roman.

Pacino and Alfallah welcomed their son in June. The two have been linked together since April 2022.

A specified amount for child support was not listed in the initial filing, according toThe Blast, but per California law, the income of each parent is to be established first before ordering child support.

Alfallah also reportedly asked the court for theHouse of Guccistar to pay for her legal fees and any costs associated with the case.

Shortly after filing the custody agreement, Pacino and Alfallahconfirmed that they were still together.

“Al and Noor have successfully worked together and have mutually reached agreements regarding their child Roman. They are still together," the actor’s rep told PEOPLE in a statement at the time.

A source told PEOPLE back in June that Pacino “is happy” in his relationship with Alfallah andtheir age difference “isn’t a major issuefor them.”

“They seem to enjoy each other’s company and have things in common in the entertainment area,” said the source.
