Alec Baldwinhad kind words to say about late actorLuke Perry.
The 60-year-old actor shared his thoughts about Perry, whodied at 52 on Monday after suffering a stroke, toExtraat the premiere of his filmDrunk Parents.
“I met him once — you know my brother did a movie with him,” Baldwin said, referring to the 1994 film8 SecondsPerry did with Stephen Baldwin.
He continued, “Theguy was a super leading man and had his big career in90210, really handsome guy, really sad.”
“He could have made movies for the rest of his life… He was a good actor… To be sick like that and to pass, just unthinkable,” Baldwin added. “He was 52. I was very sad for his family.”

Perry died on Monday, just a few days after he suffered a “massive stroke” at his Sherman Oaks, California home.
A source told PEOPLE henever regained consciousness.

While fans of Perry may seem his final episodes onRiverdale, they will also see him in the big screen in Quentin Tarantino’s upcoming filmOnce Upon a Time in HollywoodalongsideLeonardo DiCaprio,Brad Pittand Margot Robbie.
The actor also has a son, Jack, 21. Both children are from his marriage to Rachel “Minnie” Sharp. The two split in 2003.
In lieu of flowers, the Perry family ask that donations be made toFight Colorectal Cancerand St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
