A New $2 Billion Theme Park Is Opening in the U.S. — but It's Not in Florida or California

A massive, $2 billion “Americana-themed”amusement parkis opening in 2026 — and it’s thousands of miles from the typical theme park hubs. TheAmerican Heartland Theme Park and Resortwill include an amusement park comparable in size to Disney World’sMagic Kingdomin Florida orDisneylandin California — but it won’t be in either state. Instead, the park and resort are planned to be built on a 1,000 acre property in the heart of northeast Oklahoma, just off Route 66.

A New 'Harry & Meghan' Movie Is in the Works! Lifetime Announces Sequel, 'Becoming Royal'

Prince Harry andMeghan Markle‘s next chapter will be explored in a new Lifetime movie. On Sunday, Lifetime announced that a sequel to last year’sHarry & Meghan: A Royal Romanceis in the works. The film, which will center around the royal couple’s life together as a recently married couple, will be titledHarry & Meghan: Becoming Royal. According to a press release, the movie will examine the newlyweds’ love story, “pulling back the curtain to reveal the untold joys and challenges of life inside the royal family during their pivotal first years of marriage.
