'A Million Little Things': Emotional Series Finale Sees Gary Take Control of His Fate After Cancer Recurrence

This post contains spoilers from the series finale ofA Million Little Things. When Wednesday’s finale began, Eddie (David Giuntoli) and Maggie (Allison Miller) find her husband Gary (James Roday Rodriguez) looking sallow, unable to talk and unwilling to eat in his hospice bed. Gary agrees to drink a milkshake, and while Maggie walks away to make it, Gary writes something on his whiteboard that causes Eddie to pause trying to feed him eggs airplane style.

'A New Era' of Neopets is Officially Here as Brand Announces New Leadership Team

Many millennials may remember traveling to the mythical land of Neopia after school to check on the cute animated characters ranging from cat-like creatures to dragon look-alikes. On Monday, TheNeopetsTeam (TNT) said the website was embarking on “a new era,” which includes a homepage revamp launching on Thursday and plans to create a mobile app down the road. “The Neopets Team is, for the first time in over a decade, equipped to make meaningful changes in pursuit of a Neopian renaissance,” the company said.

Community members held a vigil Monday for thetwo Louisiana cheerleaderskilled when a police car giving chase to a suspect slammed into their vehicle, leading to charges for the officer at the wheel. Hundreds showed up at Brusly High School’s football field to honor Maggie Dunn, 17, and Caroline Gill, 15, both of whom were students and cheerleaders at the high school. The two teens were killed on New Year’s Eve when an officer in crashed into their vehicle during a high-speed pursuit of a home-invasion suspect.
