Pina, a New Jersey real estate investor who frequently appeared on DJ Envy’s iHeartRadio show,The Breakfast Club,was arrested Oct. 18 on federal charges that he committed a multimillion-dollar “Ponzi-like” investment fraud scheme.

Kevin Gavin, 66, was arrested on Jan. 21, the district attorney says in a statement. Gavin was indicted and charged with first- and second-degree murder for allegedly killing the three elderly women who lived in his building from 2015 to this past January.

Woney is accused of engaging in sex trafficking with at least one female alleged victim, who is identified in court documents only as “Victim 1,” in the Bronx and other locations for money, the press release states.

Accused Stockton Serial Killer Charged with 4 More Murders, Bringing Total to 7

Wesley Brownlee, the man suspected of multiplenorthern California serial killings, has been charged with four additional murders, bringing the total to 7. Brownlee was charged Tuesday in the 2022 shooting deaths of Paul Yaw, 35, who was found dead in a park on July 8, and Salvador Debudey Jr., 43, who was shot in a fast-food restaurant parking lot on Aug. 11, in Stockton. He was also charged in the killing of 39-year-old Juan Vasquez Serrano on April 10, 2021, in Oakland.
