After its part in exposing the sensitive information of hundreds of millions of Americans, Equifax is now on the hook for a $700 million settlement — and some of it could be yours.
While Equifax suspected something was awry in late July 2017, the company did not notify the FBI until early August, and then waited until September to tell customers of the attack. In all, the hackers stole 146 million Social Security numbers, and 209,000 payment card numbers and expiration dates, the newspaper reported.

In the months after the death of his 5-year-old daughter, Adam Montgomery is accused of toting Harmony’s body — in a red Under Armour duffel bag, tied up in trash bags — all over Manchester, N.H. He has pleaded not guilty to murder charges and is awaiting trial.
Adam Montgomery, 33, is charged with his daughter’s 2019 murder and for abuse of her corpse, among other charges.

The unnamed mother boarded the C-17 cargo plane with her husband and their other young child before meeting an aeromedical staging squadron at a base in the Middle East and moving on to Ramstein Air Base in Germany, PEOPLE confirms.
