A 22-year-old passenger of Frontier Airlines is facing three misdemeanor charges for battery after he allegedly groped and assaulted flight attendants while the plane was in the air.
At one point, per the report, Berry spilled his drink on his shirt and then took it off in the bathroom. A flight attendant helped him get a new shirt from his luggage before he began walking around the aircraft for 15 minutes, according to police.

A passenger aboard a flight recently caught a man on video scrolling through the electronic device using his bare feet, a sight that has sent germaphobes on Twitter spiraling.
“It belongs on Twitter,” wrote Burke alongside the foot footage.
The video — which also shows the man leaning back in his seat and resting both of his feet on the wall in front of him between touchscreen turns — was quickly spread across the social media platform, where it has received over 10.

Quin Maltais’s four-hour flight from Toronto to Calgary, Canada, was in its final descent on Feb. 26 when she started to feel a strange sensation in her lower back, according toCBC News.
“I just kind of ignored it,” Maltais told the CBC, and mentioned she thought it might have been the air conditioning blowing on her.
“As soon as the lights turned off again, closer to when we’re literally about to land, I felt the piercing pain on my lower back, like, oh, my God, something bit me,” she said.
