Allison Holker Bosshas been granted half of late husbandStephen “tWitch” Boss’s artistic earnings after the beloved dancerdiedwithout a will.
Though California law says that a surviving spouse is entitled to their spouse’s half of their joint estate once they’re deceased, the living spouse still has to file the petition to prove that they actually are the spouse of the person who died.
The new documents confirmed Allison’s identity as Stephen’s surviving spouse and granted her “property passing” rights, but noted that “no administration of it is necessary.

Allison Holker Bosshas officially put the Los Angeles home she shared with her late husband,Stephen “tWitch” Boss, on the market for $3.795 million.
After moving into the Encino property in 2019,the couple shared their redesign of the space in 2021in collaboration with Pottery Barn. They outfitted the six-bedroom, six-bathroom home to be the perfect place for theirthree children— daughtersWeslie, 15, and Zaia 3, and son Maddox, 7.
