Smallville’sAllison Mack— whopled guiltylast year to racketeering charges and apologized for her involvement with thecontroversial, cult-like self-help group Nxivm— has reportedly filed for divorce from wife Nicki Clyne.
Mack, 38, filed for divorce from theBattlestar Galacticaactress, 37, in Orange County, California on Friday, according toTMZ.
Journalist and blogger Frank Parlato, who was thefirst person to report about the alleged branding of female members, previously told PEOPLE that Mack and Clyne were married in February 2017.

Smallvilleactress Allison Mackhas pleaded guilty to charges related to her involvement with acontroversial self-help groupdescribed as having a secret society of “masters” and sexually subservient “slaves” within it, PEOPLE confirms. A spokesman for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of New York tells PEOPLE that Mack was scheduled to appear in court at 11:30 a.m. to plead guilty. The spokesman says she is pleading guilty to racketeering conspiracy and racketeering.

ActressAllison Mack— who pleaded guilty to crimes stemming from her instrumental role in theNxivmsex cult — has been released from prison early, according to federal records.
TheFederal Bureau of Prisons websiteshows that Mack, 40, was released from prison on Monday. She had been serving time at the Federal Correctional Institution in Dublin, California, where other prominent actresses likeLori LoughlinandFelicity Huffmanserved their sentences for their role in the college admissions scandal.
