Alyssa Milano‘s legal battles with her ex-manager have come to an end.
TheCharmedstar and her husband, David Bugliari, have settled the $10 million lawsuit they filed in 2017 for alleged fraud and forgery, PEOPLE confirms.
“Alyssa Milano and David Bugliari have successfully settled their lawsuit against their business managers,” her attorney, William J. Briggs, Venable LLP, said in a statement on Monday.
“As the case was preparing for trial, the parties reached a confidential settlement for an undisclosed amount,” he continued.

Milano, 48, was uninjured in the crash, which occurred when her uncle, Mitchell J. Carp, suffered a heart attack while driving on a Los Angeles freeway. Carp, 63, has been hospitalized at the UCLA Medical Center since the Aug. 17 incident, but Milano is keeping fans up-to-date on his progress.

Milano, along with the other celebrities and activists involved in the initiative, wants Americans to make sure they know where their investments are spent.
“Most Americans don’t realize that the big banks that they give all of their money to, household names like Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Chase, actually invest their money in things like private prisons that profit from family detention,” the actress said in a statement.
