This divorce could get very complicated — and very expensive.
Jeff Bezos, who was recently named therichest man in the world, and his wife MacKenzie aredivorcing after 25 years of marriage, and the pair don’t have a prenup, according toTMZ.
If they did not have a prenuptial agreement, MacKenzie, 48, would be entitled to half of the 54-year-old Amazon CEO’s estimated net worth of $137 billion.

Although it’s never been made public whether the pair had a prenup in place when they wed, Steve Mindel, a Los Angeles-based family law and divorce attorney tells PEOPLE that it’s highly unlikely they would have been able to keep that a secret.

Amazon Studios is defending its decision to cut ties with Woody Allen in response to his$68 million breach of contract lawsuit.
Amazon and Allen signed a four-film agreement in August 2017, just months before Allen’s son Ronan Farrow published an article in theNew Yorkerexposing allegations of sexual misconduct against Harvey Weinstein.
In legal documents filed Wednesday in New York, Amazon cites that article as a “catalyst for a broad public reckoning” regarding the tolerance of sexual harassment in Hollywood.

That’s a four-month push from their previous return date of September 7.While Amazon hasn’t mandated vaccines for its employees, when staffers do return on January 3, they will be required to show proof of vaccination or else wear a mask.

An official with the Parker County Sheriff’s Office confirms the arrest of Mycah Keyona Wade, 22, who stands accused of dognapping Rufus Junior, or “RJ,” who darted out from his owners’ Weatherford home in early July.
Wade was allegedly in the neighborhood on July 5, delivering packages as a contract driver for Amazon.
The official says she saw the dog, and snatched it up.
A landscaper in the area also helped investigators zero in on a suspect.

The driver, who has not been identified, was mauled Monday night outside a home in Excelsior Springs, about 30 miles north of Kansas City.
Deputies were called to the scene after neighbors alerted authorities that the Amazon van was running and parked on the street for hours.
“It was running with the windows down and the lights on,” Ray County Sheriff Scott Childers tells PEOPLE.
The deputies found the driver dead on the front lawn along with the two dogs.
