AMBER Alert Issued for New York Toddler After Mom's Body Found Stuffed in Bag in Woods

Police in western New York are searching for a missing 14-month-old boy whose mother’s dead body was found in the woods, stuffed in a plastic bag. On Friday, a statewide AMBER Alert was issued for the toddler. Owen was last seen on May 16 — just two days after his birthday — with his mother, Selena Hidalgo-Calderon, 18. Facebook Her body was found on Wednesday in a plastic bag, partially buried between two logs and covered with soil and branches on the Joy Road farm in Sodus where she and her boyfriend — 25-year-old Edward Reyes — lived and worked, Wayne County Sheriff Barry Virts said at a press conference on Thursday.

Amber Alert Issued for Newborn Kennedy Hoyle After Baby's Mother Shot and Killed in Tennessee

Photo: TBI TheMemphis Police Departmentissued an amber alert for little Kennedy Hoyle on Wednesday following the discovery of her mother’s body in an abandoned vehicle around 11:15 p.m. Tuesday. “Kennedy is a 2-day-old black female, 6 lbs., 17inches with brown hair and brown eyes,” according to theNational Center for Missing and Exploited Children, and “was last seen wearing a black and white polka dot onesie with pink pants.” The area being searched is located in between the Mississippi River and Wolf River Harbor as the city prepares for a winter ice storm warning on Thursday.

Amber Alert Issued for Texas Sisters, Ages 6 and 9, Allegedly Abducted by Grandmother

The McKinney police department says they could be in serious danger. Both girls are white with blue eyes and blond hair. Jessica is 4'10" and weighs 90 pounds, police say, while Jennifer is 4 feet tall and weighs 60 pounds. Jennifer was reportedly last seen wearing purple-framed glasses. The girls were last seen around 6 p.
