Eight days after thePirates of the Caribbeanactor was awarded $10.35 million in damages as a result of the verdict (with Heard, 36, awarded $2 million in damages in a countersuit), theAquamanactress was photographed out and about on Thursday.
Heard — who was with her sisterWhitney Henriquez, assistant and bodyguard and wore a green top, as her blonde hair hung in waves down her back — flew into New Jersey’s Teterboro Airport via private plane around noon on Thursday.

TheAquamanactress, 37, was photographed in the capital of Spain, where she lives now, on Thursday after ex-husbandJohnny Depp, with whom she was involved in a controversial Virginia defamation trial a year ago,debuted his new French-language movieat the 2023Cannes Film Festival.
A source close to Heard previously told PEOPLE she “couldn’t wait toleave the U.S. with her daughter” after the trial.

The annual French festivalbegins Tuesday with the premiereofJeanne Du Barry, in which Depp, 59, plays King Louis XV opposite director Maïwenn. The actor is expected to attend the red carpet portion before the screening, plus a press conference about the film on Wednesday morning.
On social media, several pro-Heard fan accounts are using the hashtag #CannesYouNot to protest online about Depp’s inclusion in the major industry event.
