Just two weeks after welcoming her first child, sonGene Attell,with husbandChris Fischer, the comedian returned to the stage for the first time and performed a stand-up set on Sunday night.
In the photo, Schumer looked happy to be back on stage, as she held the microphone in her hand and gestured to the crowd with her other.
The new mom also rocked a black, long-sleeved, V-neck mini dress and kept her hair pulled back in a low ponytail.

Amy Schumer’s father,Gordon, has been hospitalized — but the actress and her dad are still in good spirits.
On Monday night, the comedian, 39, announced she had “terrible news,” sharing a selfie toInstagramof herself sitting beside her father’s hospital bed.
“He has a good spirit through it all and we’re still hoping the magician will turn back up,” she teased in the caption.
Apart from the post, Schumer did not share any further details about the reason for Gordon’s hospitalization.

In herupcoming Netflix special,Amy Schumer: Growing— which begins streaming on Netflix this week — the 37-year-old comedian reveals that her husband, 39, is on the Autism spectrum.
“I knew from the beginning that my husband’s brain was a little different than mine,” she says during the hour-long special, according toEntertainment Tonight.
“My husband was diagnosed with what used to be called Asperger’s.

Gene’s middle name Attell appears to be a reference to fellow comedian and the actress’ friend, Dave Attell, who recently invited Schumer to perform with at his show at Caroline’s in New York City in January.
