A 13-year-old says he has accomplished what no video-gamer has ever done before — he beat the original Tetris!
“Oh my God, oh my God,” the player can be heard saying about 39 minutes into his game — at a time when the tetrominoes were dropping at breakneck speed, and seconds after he almost misplaced a block and blew his chance at winning the game.
But after the kill screen froze, the bespectacled gamer then covered his mouth and began to breathe heavily as he took in the moment, which played out on the original Nintendo Entertainment System (NES).

Emergency responders were notified around 7:30 a.m. that a construction worker was found unconscious on a sidewalk. The worker was taken to Yale New Haven Hospital and treated for extremely high levels of carbon monoxide in his bloodstream. He was later transferred to a hyperbaric chamber at Jacobi Medical Center in New York, reportsYale News.
