Two men are facing charges this week after being accused of flying drones “dangerously close” to the Logan International Airport in Boston, according to police.The Boston Police Department announced Robert Duffy, 42, and Jeremy Folcik, 32, were arrested after officers tracked their location via the drone they were flying near the airport.“Both suspects face charges of trespassing, with additional fines or charges potentially forthcoming,” Boston policesaidin a statement Sunday.

An unspeakable tragedy has rocked an Alabama neighborhood after a massive tree crashed through the roof of a Birmingham home killing two babies.
The infants, who were pronounced dead Thursday after being taken to a Children’s of Alabama hospital, have been identified as Jalaia Ford, 3 months, and Journi Jones, 11 months, a spokeswoman for the Jefferson County Coroner and Medical Examiner’s Office tells PEOPLE.

Two Massachusetts boaters are safe after being thrown from their 24-foot boat and facing a “circle of death” without life jackets, local police said.
On Tuesday, Captain Dana Blackman, the Captain of the Fishing Vessel Finest Kind, alerted the Marshfield Harbormaster that the Center Console boat was “circling at a high rate of speed” at a buoy in Farnham Rock, Marshfield Police said in arelease.
Captain Blackman also told the harbormaster that they had “just pulled two males from the water after seeing the vessel in a circling pattern” after “one of the boaters was seen “waving a white T-shirt” from inside the water.

The bodies were found in Hoonah, and the “remains were located on the beach” among debris from the F/V Wind Walker, the Alaska Department of Public Safety said in astatement.
The incident happened around 12:10 a.m. on Dec. 1, after the five crew members reportedly experienced rough waters in southeast Alaska.

Late Tuesday, U.S. Coast Guard Rear Admiral Shannon N. Gilreath said he believed the missing men — who were working to repair potholes on the bridge —would not be found alive.
“I’d like to announce tonight that based on the length of time that we’ve gone on this search, the extensive search efforts that we’ve put into it, the water temperature, at this point, we do not believe that we’re going to find any of these individuals still alive,” said Gilreath in a press conference on Tuesday night.
