A house fire in Defiance, Missouri, left two children remembered for having an “enthusiasm for life” dead.
Emergency responders received a call about the fire at around 7:45 am on Friday, according to a press release from the Cottleville Fire Protection District sent to PEOPLE.
The St. Charles County Police Department, who were called in to assist with traffic control, shared onFacebookthat there were “reports of people still inside” and asked residents to stay away from the area.

2 Chainzhas been involved in a car crash on a Miami highway.
The “No Lie” rapper, 46, shared a video on his Instagram Story Saturday, which was filmed from the back of an ambulance while he was on a stretcher.
A Florida Highway Patrol spokesperson tells PEOPLE that the vehicles involved in the incident were a 2016 Mercedes, a 2013 Nissan and a 2010 Toyota.
