Alabama Woman Arrested After Allegedly Throwing Computer Monitor at a Miami Airport Gate Agent

An Alabama woman was detained on Tuesday after she allegedly threw a computer monitor at a gate agent for American Airlines while trying to catch her connecting flight at Miami International Airport, officials confirmed. According to a release from the Miami-Dade Police Department (MDPD) shared with PEOPLE, 25-year-old Camilia McMillie of Birmingham was traveling from Alabama to New York City with a stopover in Miami. Miami-Dade Corrections “She pulled the boarding pass reader off the wooden counter, damaging the equipment and countertop area,” the release from MDPD stated.

Alabama Woman Dies, and 2 Others Are Injured, After Car Strikes a Horse on Roadway in Freak Accident: Police

After hitting the horse on the roadway, located in Coosa County, the vehicle veered off and “struck a large rock,” authorities said. Bullard, 63, who was reportedly not using a seat belt in the car, a 2015 Chrysler 200, was pronounced dead at the scene, the ALEA said.
