10-Year-Old Girl Dies After Being Diagnosed with Flu and Strep Throat

Later that day, she went into cardiac arrest. She was then airlifted to the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center but died shortly after, PEOPLE confirms. The little girl was in fourth grade at Western Row Elementary School in Mason and was the youngest of six siblings.
