In whatpolice say was a road rage incident, the driver of the second car, 23-year-old Jeremy Webster, had allegedly trailed Bigelow for about a mile before pulling up in the parking lot behind her, getting out of his vehicle and arguing with her as she exited her car with her kids.
The eldest boy died from his injuries.
Before leaving the scene, Webster made eye contact with another driver, a man in a pickup truck with his daughter, and shot at the truck as well, police allege.

A 13-year-old Maryland girl is missing after police say she disappeared with a man — and her worried family and police believe she’s in danger.
A spokesperson from the Maryland State Police tells PEOPLE authorities believe Holloway is in “some sort of danger.” Holloway’s last known location was in New Jersey, the spokesperson says, adding that authorities believe the pair planned to go to Colorado.

Police who were called to the scene about 8 p.m. in Monroe, N.C., found the girl with a gunshot wound and took her to a hospital where she was pronounced dead, Monroe police and the Union County Sheriff’s Office shared in anews release.
The girl’s mother, Yvette Allen, identified her daughter as Loyalti Allah.

PEOPLE obtained a copy of the probable cause affidavit outlining the allegations against Kelly, Rebecca, and Rachel Mennig.
Kelly, 42, Rebecca, 22, and Rachel, 20, have been charged with aggravated assault, child abuse and neglect in connection with allegedly abusing the teen for some four years.
All three defendants denied the allegations of abuse and neglect, according to the affidavit. The victim was removed from the home once she was medically cleared.
