In whatpolice say was a road rage incident, the driver of the second car, 23-year-old Jeremy Webster, had allegedly trailed Bigelow for about a mile before pulling up in the parking lot behind her, getting out of his vehicle and arguing with her as she exited her car with her kids. The eldest boy died from his injuries. Before leaving the scene, Webster made eye contact with another driver, a man in a pickup truck with his daughter, and shot at the truck as well, police allege.

A spokesperson from the Maryland State Police tells PEOPLE authorities believe Holloway is in “some sort of danger.” Holloway’s last known location was in New Jersey, the spokesperson says, adding that authorities believe the pair planned to go to Colorado.

Kelly, 42, Rebecca, 22, and Rachel, 20, have been charged with aggravated assault, child abuse and neglect in connection with allegedly abusing the teen for some four years. All three defendants denied the allegations of abuse and neglect, according to the affidavit. The victim was removed from the home once she was medically cleared.
