Police are still investigating but believe an argument sparked the gunfire that struck six people on W. Concordia Avenue in Milwaukee around 11:30 p.m. on March 20, according to apress release. The boy was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. Five women, ages 18, 19, 21, and two 22-year-olds, were taken to an area hospital for treatment of non-fatal injuries, the release states.
