They were charged with altering the scene of a death and failing to notify police of a dead body, according to theTimes of Northwest Indiana. The newspaper reported Richardson was arrested in May, while Yarbrough Jr.

A week after ashooting at a Georgia gas station left nine children wounded, police have arrested two individuals in connection to the incident, including a teenage suspect.
According to police in Columbus, Ga., on Friday, D’Angelo Robinson, Sr., 35, and a 15-year-old male — who has not been publicly identified due to his age — were taken into custody on assault charges.

Two Asian women were attacked in New York City Sunday evening when a person hit one of them in the head with a hammer after telling them to remove their face masks.
“She was talking to herself, like talking to a wall, I thought maybe she was drunk or something, so we just wanted to pass through her quickly and when I passed through her, she saw us and said ‘Take off your f—— mask,’ which is shocking,” Theresa told ABC 7.

A Minnesota woman is under arrest for allegedly murdering a newborn found 19 years ago along a reservoir off the Mississippi River –– and authorities say she’s also the mother of a second dead newborn pulled from the river four years earlier.
DNA finally linked the woman, Jennifer Lynn Matter, 50, of Red Wing, to the mystery of the unknown victims last week, authoritiesannounced Monday.

A pair of backcountry skiers have died in Colorado after they were caught in an avalanche over the weekend, according to local officials.
“Our deepest condolences go out to the family and friends of the people involved in this tragic accident,” the CAIC said in Sunday’s initial report.
The skiers left for their trip at about 7 a.m. on Saturday, and were expected to return around noon, CSAR said.
