But when she returned, she discovered the shed door’s latches had been unlocked – and Pygrawk and Honey dead.

2 Billion Genetically Altered Mosquitoes Will Be Released in Fla. and Calif. to Fight Disease

The EPA saidin an announcement on Mondaythat it will extend its current study into reducing the population of theAedes aegypti,a mosquito commonly found in the United States, through April 2024.

2 Bird Flu Cases Confirmed in U.S. Zoos, Officials Say Infected Birds Won't Be Euthanized

The infected birds will not be euthanized, according to health officials.On Thursday, U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) spokesman Mike Stepien declined to reveal which two zoos reported the cases and which bird species were affected, theAssociated Pressreported.Stepien told the outlet that while most farms have to euthanize infected birds, zoos do not. Instead, zoos are allowed to work with state veterinary officials to treat their infected birds as long as the animals are isolated from other birds to avoid a larger outbreak.

2 Bodies Found After RV Is Swept Away During Texas Flood, as 2 Remain Missing

The pair found are two of four people who vanished from the South Llano River RV Park during Monday’s flood. “When the [flood] occurred, approximately 45 people were evacuated, 19 were actually rescued from the river,” Texas A&M Forest Service spokeswoman Christi Powers tells PEOPLE.
