A roller coaster ride took a fatal turn at an amusement park in Mexico City this weekend.
Two people are dead and two are seriously injured after the last car on the Quimera roller coaster at the La Feria de Chapultepec amusement park became detached from the rest of the train and fell more than 30 feet, hitting a steel support beam on the way down, theOC Registerreportedon Sunday.

Two people are dead after at least 12 were shot at a large Halloween party in Joliet Township, Illinois, authorities have announced.
Over a dozen people were hospitalized after being injured in the shooting. The WCSO confirmed that two of the victims died “as a result of their injuries on scene,” while four others sustained life threatening injuries.
An investigation is ongoing, and authorities said the shooting occurred outside in the backyard near a DJ booth.

A loosecamelattacked and killed two men at a northwest Tennessee farm, officials confirmed.
“Deputies arrived on scene to find two unconscious victims on the ground at Shirley Farms and a camel still on the loose,” aFacebook postfrom the OCSO stated on Friday.
The animal then attacked a Sheriff’s Office vehicle as deputies were attempting to move a victim to an ambulance.
The statement continued, “It was at this time officers had to put the camel down for the safety of everyone on scene.

The female victim, who was traveling with the man, was transported to a hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries, the sheriff’s office said.
“Never touch a downed power line,” the sheriff’s office wrote in its Facebook post. “If you are driving and see a downed power line, change directions immediately.”
The sheriff’s office also encouraged all individuals to exercise “extreme caution” should they venture outside during the storm.

Two people were killed after a car drove off the fourth floor of a parking garage in downtown Indianapolis on Wednesday, according to authorities.
The victims, both adults, died just before 10 a.m., when the car landed upside down and inverted in an alley next to 222 E. Market St., the Indianapolis Fire Department wrote in a Facebook post.
The address is that of Indianapolis City Market, which houses more than two dozen small businesses.
