The witnesses got his license plate number and called police, allowing officers to quickly identify the man, according to localFox 5.“The Initial 911 calls indicated a Hispanic male had entered a nail salon and had taken a female at gunpoint and had forced her out of the business and forced her into a silver SUV,” Las Vegas Metropolitan Lt. Jason Johansson told localKLAS.
Johansson told reporters that police were soon led to the man’s house, where a “horrific incident” played out.

Two people are dead after a plane they were aboard crashed into an “isolated” lot at a General Mills plant in Covington, Georgia, officials confirm.
Covington Police Department Captain Ken Malcomtold reporters at the sceneThursday evening that the plane, which he said witnesses described as a twin-engine Cessna, left Covington Municipal Airport around 6:45 p.m., heading northeast.
“Suddenly, the plane veered to the right and immediately came straight down and crashed into the lot behind us,” he continued.

Two people died on Wednesday when a small plane crashed and burst into flames at a Los Angeles airport.
The single-engine plane crash occurred shortly before 10:40 a.m. local time at Van Nuys Airport, according to theLos Angeles Fire Department. Firefighters quickly extinguished the flames, but both occupants of the aircraft were killed.
According to Scott, there were two previous Van Nuys crashes this year that did not result in any fatalities.

A married couple died on Saturday after theirhot air balloon caught firein Mexico City, while their daughter has been hospitalized for injuries sustained from jumping out of the balloon.
The accident occurred just moments after the family posed for one last photo together in front of the aircraft, according toDaily MailUK.
The outlet has identified the deceased as Jose Nolasco, 50, and Virginia Becerril, 38, from the city of Caujimalpa de Morelos, just 12 miles away from Mexico City.

A small plane crashed into the roof of a home in Oregon on Tuesday evening, leaving two dead and one injured, according to authorities.
“Firefighters were dispatched to the scene and located the airplane, which had crashed through the roof of a residential home and had come to rest partially in the home and part of the backyard,” they said.

“As crews were able to gain additional access to the aircraft, they discovered a third occupant in the aircraft who was also deceased,” per the statement.
