Two people have been shot, one fatally, at the Maryland funeral of a 10-year-old gun violence victim, authorities said.
Speaking at anews conferenceon Tuesday, Maj. David Blazer of the Prince George’s County Police said authorities received “numerous calls” in relation to a disturbance at the cemetery shortly after 1:15 p.m. local time. Upon arrival, police found a male and a female who were both suffering from gunshot wounds.

“On October 19, 2019, family members found Tammy Daybell, 49, dead in her home,” the press release reads. “At the time, [her] death was believed to be natural. Subsequent investigation determined that Daybell’s death may be suspicious. Her remains were exhumed…and an autopsy conducted.”
The two children — Joshua Vallow, 7, and Tylee Ryan, 17 — were last seen in September, according to the Rexburg Police Department.

Two kids have died after a house fire in California despite their mother’s desperate attempts to save them, according to local fire officials.
The Fresno County Sheriff’s Office (FSCO) shared onFacebookthat crews responded to the blaze on Kamm Avenue in Kingsburg around 9:30 a.m. local time on Sunday.

Adam Price was located in Pacifica, Calif., late Sunday — hours after his 5-year-old daughter, Emily Price, and 3-year-old son, Theodore Price, were discovered dead in his residence in Bellevue.
According to a statement from Bellevue Police, officers were dispatched to Price’s home twice over the weekend — once on Saturday evening, and again on Sunday morning, just before 9 a.

“Health officials met United flight 836 upon its arrival at Chicago O’Hare earlier today and assisted and released two passengers,” a United Airlines spokesperson said in a statement to PEOPLE. “We continue to follow CDC guidelines and remain in close contact with authorities in the United States and Asia to further ensure the safety of our customers and employees.”
The Centers for Disease Control announced on Tuesday that it will add Chicago O’Hare International Airport and Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International to the list of airports that will screen travelers arriving from Wuhan, China, which is suspected to be the location of the virus’ origin.
