The travelers arrived in Toronto on the week of July 18, according to the Public Health Agency of Canada. In addition to “providing false information related to proof of vaccination credentials and pre-departure tests,” they failed to stay at government-authorized accommodations or get tested for COVID-19 upon their arrival, Canadian officials said in a news release on Friday.

2 Twin Newborns Found Dead in Trash Bin in Ohio

Two newborn twins were found dead and placed in a garbage can on Cleveland’s Eastside on Saturday. Sgt. Jennifer Ciaccia said the Cleveland Homicide Police Unit tells PEOPLE in a statement that a 16-year-old female, who police believe gave birth to the infants days earlier, was located and was taken to the hospital for medical treatment. “Investigators will present the facts of this case to the Cuyahoga County Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office,” Ciaccia’s statement says.
