The boy’s death comes amid a massive storm that has brought rains and floods to much of the state over the last week. “One of our major incidents we’ve had involved a redwood tree falling on a house … and we had a fatality up there of a minor – infant, actually,” Occidental Volunteer Fire Department Chief Ron Lunardi said, according toABC News.
