Wilford is affectionate, sweet, loving and a little overweight.
In fact, for a cat, 28-pound Wilford is morbidly obese, but he isn’t letting that stand in the way of him finding love for Valentine’s Day.
While Wilford waits to find that perfect forever home that is dedicated to carefully using diet and exercise to help him lose weight, he is in good hands.
His foster family contains the cat lovers behind the Instagram account@PokeyPotPie.

A 28-year-old hot air balloon employee has died after officials said he fell over 100-feet from the aircraft onto a moving car in Israel.
The fatal incident unfolded on Tuesday morning near Balfouria and involved a hot air balloon belonging to the Lagaat Bashamayim balloon company, according to the Israeli newspaper,Haaretz.
For unknown reasons, Cohen, of Kibbutz Yizre’el, did not let go of the balloon when it started to lift him into the air and he continued to hang on as itlifted him higher over moving traffic,Haaretzreported.

Australians are mourning the loss of a volunteer firefighter and father-to-be who died while battling intense wildfires.
McPaul, a 28-year-old member of Morven Rural Fire Brigade, was the only fatality in the incident, while two other firefighters suffered non-life threatening injuries, the RFS said.
Making the loss even more devastating, the service revealed that McPaul’s wife Megan is pregnant with their first child, who is due in May.

“Megan was a beautiful soul,” she added. “I can almost guarantee you[’ve] never seen her when she wasn’t smiling and laughing.”
A list of faculty at Fort Braden School in Tallahassee listed Walker as a member of the instructional support staff.
“Because of the nature of her job and the work she did with students both in the classroom and transitional times of day, her face and name were probably the most recognizable on campus,” Jackson said.

The nightmare began — as nightmares so often do — without warning.
“I’m being detained,” Selene Saavedra Roman, a 28-year-old flight attendant for Mesa Airlines,reportedly texted her husband on Feb. 12after she had returned home to Houston from a work trip to Mexico. “Please call the lawyer.”
It’s been six weeks since that brief message for help, almost all of which Saavedra Roman has spent in federal detention in a facility outside Houston.
