Albert said at a news conference Tuesday that more charges are “likely” coming as the investigation into the riverside brawl continues this week.Albert announced that Richard Roberts, 48, has been charged with two counts of third-degree assault, while Allen Todd, 23, and Zachary Shipman, 25 were each charged with one count of third-degree assault.

On Oct. 13, a man left his Fort Lauderdale residence between 7:30 a.m. and 8 a.m., according to acriminal complaintfiled in the Southern District of Florida. While approaching his vehicle, he encountered three suspects — identified as brothers Jeffry Arista and Jonathan Arista, and Raymond Gomez — who waved a gun and ordered him to enter a white Dodge Charger with tinted windows and a police light, the complaint continued.

Three men who were previously found guilty of murdering rapperXXXTentacionhave been sentenced to life in prison.
Soloman Sobande, the rapper’s manager read a statement on behalf of the family during the sentencing, according toNBC Miami.
“This is a loss we will never truly recover from,” Sobande said, per the outlet. “We will never get to see Jahseh live to his full potential, we will never get to watch him grow old, we will never get to watch him be a father.

Three men could face assault charges following the death of a New England Patriots fan whocollapsed following an altercationduring a September game at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Mass.
The Foxborough Police Department has applied for criminal complaints to charge three men with assault and battery as well as disorderly conduct, they said in a press statement on Thursday. Police did not name the men because they have not been formally charged with a crime.

The search began shortly after the owner of the fishing vessel Carol Anne told authorities that the crewfailed to returnon Wednesday as scheduled, according to a news release from the United States Coast Guard on Friday.
Since the trio was reported missing, authorities have been searching for the vessel about 80 miles off the shore of Brunswick, the Coast Guard said.
“It’s absolutely terrifying,” Conway told the station.
