Emergency personnel responded to Moses Court in Dallas around 12:45 p.m. “to investigate reports of a large pine tree that had fallen on to a mobile home,” PEOPLE confirmed via the Gaston County Police Department

A 51-year-old woman is in custody after allegedly leaving seven children — one of whom died — alone at her Tennessee apartment, where police say she ran an unlicensed in-home daycare.
Anne Jordan has been charged with six counts of child neglect in connection with the incident that occurred in April, the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department said in astatement.

“Happy to report that 3-month-old Brandon Cuellar was safely located a few hours ago,” San Jose Police Chief Anthony Mata said in a press conference on Tuesday morning.
Continued Chief Mata: “Also, detectives have identified several individuals responsible for this incident. This incident is a parent’s worst nightmare, and we are fortunate that this resulted in a positive outcome.”
A tweetfrom the San Jose Police Department said that three suspects were in custody, with charges and more information forthcoming.

According the authorities, the family does not recognize the suspect. The kidnapper is pictured wearing dark pants and a dark shirt as well as a gray baseball hat and a black face mask.
