The dog’s owner – Jennifer Stien – was hospitalized with severe symptoms and asked her father Barry Stien to care for the dogs. Barry was also battling COVID-19, but he was doing so from home. “Normal day-to-day care of the dogs became impossible for him and although difficult to part with his daughter’s dogs (her babies), he knew [bringing to animals to the Nassau County SPCA] was the only way he could get better and help his daughter recover,” the center wrote.

4 Family Members Die in Murder-Suicide Days After Judge Denied Woman's Order of Protection Petition

Four people were found dead early Sunday morning in Roscommon County, Mich., in what police say was a murder-suicide. According to a release from the Roscommon County Sheriff’s Department, the deceased have been identified as Tirany Lee Savage, 35, her son Dayton Cowdrey, 13, her mother Kim Lynnette Ebright, 58, and Bo Eugene Savage, 35 — who according to court documents was Tirany’s husband. All four had apparent gunshot wounds.

4 Family Members Killed After Calif. Plane Crashes Minutes After Takeoff

Photo: Getty The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office (TSCO) announced Saturday that 78-year-old David Chelini, his 58-year-old nephew, Steven Chelini, and his daughters, 46-year-old Karen Baker and 48-year-old Donna Chelini, died in a plane crash near the Visalia Airport. “Sheriff Boudreaux asks that you keep the Chelini family in your prayers during this incredibly difficult time,” the Sheriff’s Office posted onFacebook. Upon arrival, deputies found that the aircraft had crashed and killed the four passengers aboard, who have now been identified as David, Steven, Karen and Donna.
