Four more members of theyouth soccer team trapped in a flooded Thailand cavehave been rescued, Thai Navy SEALs confirmed on Monday.
Now, eight of the 12 boys have been removed from the cave after over two weeks. Four remain trapped, along with their coach.
The fifth Wild Boars player rescued from the Tham Luang Nang Non cave was seen on a stretcher around 4:30 p.m. local time (5:30 a.m. ET) on Monday, according toCNN, and was airlifted to a hospital.

Louisiana authorities are investigating the deaths of four nursing home patients who were among hundreds evacuated to a warehouse that experienced “deteriorating conditions” due toHurricane Ida.
TheLouisiana Health Department reportedthat 843 residents from seven total facilities were transferred to a facility on Aug. 27, before the fatal storm made landfall. Afterwards, the Waterbury Companies, Inc. warehouse experienced flooding and loss of electricity, according to theAssociated Press.

These lions are happily adjusting to life in Minnesota.
Taras, Stefania, Lesya, and Prada are four lion cubsborn at breeding facilities in Ukraine after Russia invaded the country. The animals were left orphaned a few weeks later, according to Meredith Whitney, the wildlife rescue program manager at theInternational Fund for Animal Welfare.
“Early on, we made a commitment to these lion cubs that we would find them a wonderful, safe place to live out the rest of their days together.
