An Arizona homeowner’s association is drawing criticism for forcing a teenage orphan out of his grandparent’s retirement community home, where he moved after his parents died just two weeks apart, ABC affiliateKNXVreported.

An American climber was one of two people who died of exhaustion on Wednesday while summiting Mount Everest, the first reported fatalities of a climbing season that comes highly anticipated following last year’s COVID-related shutdown.
Puwei Liu, 55, suffered from snow blindness and exhaustion while descending from Hillary Step, between the mountain at South Col and the summit, a spokesperson for Seven Summit Treks, which organized the expedition, confirms to PEOPLE.

One person is dead and another has been hospitalized after their moped scooter collided with a dump truck in Lynn, Massachusetts on Tuesday morning, local news outlets reported.
The fatal incident happened around 9:20 a.m. at an intersection, according to independent Boston stationWHDH.
The Lynn Fire Department said they were called to the scene after receiving a report about the crash, the outlet reported. When officials arrived, they discovered a 68-year-old man and a 55-year-old woman both injured in the road, per WHDH.
