The 6-year-old Connecticut resident—who calls himselfthe Shirley Temple King—has been ordering the classic non-alcoholic beverage at various establishments and posting his reviews on Instagram since August. Kelly is not easily impressed, however: He has strong opinions about grenadine ratios and maraschino cherry minimum requirements, and grades every Shirley Temple on a scale of one to ten.

James Garcia was home with his grandma Rosa on Nov. 4 “when she experienced a medical emergency,” according toOrange County Fire Rescue.
“I heard a bumping sound and that was my grandma falling,” James said, perNBC affiliate WESH.
Officials said James bravely “remained on the line with dispatch until help arrived.”

In an update posted onGoFundMeon Tuesday, Jeremy Diaz’s father announced that the boy had a sudden “neural storm” following weeks of recovery from his various injuries. After six hours, the attempts to resuscitate Jeremy failed and he was pronounced dead, Jeremy’s father wrote. TheWilliamson County Sheriff’s Officealso confirmed the young boy’s death.
Jeremy was set to get his ventilator out on Wednesday, because his “vital signs were much improved and at normal levels," the GoFundMe states.

A 6-year-old boy was fatally injured in a “severe accident” involving a toy at his home in Australia, according to family members.
Deklan Babington-MacDonald died on Friday at Queensland Children’s Hospital, five days after he was airlifted to the hospital in critical condition, his family said on aMy Cause fundraising page.
Two days earlier, Deklan’s mother Lauren said doctors considered him “beyond recovery,” and would withdraw life support over the next 48 hours.
