Jorge Alberto Garcia-Zuniga of El Monte, Calif., was arrested in February for the alleged sexual assault of three clients.
El Monte Police Department announced in a press release Wednesday that the 60-year-old licensed massage therapist, also known as “Sobador,” was “identified as the suspect who sexually assaulted a female adult during a scheduled massage session that took place out of his residence.”
Each charge can result in imprisonment of three, six or eight years underCalifornia law"due to the perpetrator’s fraudulent representation that the sexual penetration served a professional purpose when it served no professional purpose.

Officials in Ecuador are working to contain the environmental impact of an oil spill that recently occurred off the coast of the Galápagos Islands.
On Sunday morning, 600 gallons of oil spilled into Ecuador’s blue waters after a cargo ship overturned in San Cristóbal Island as it was being loaded with containers, officials confirmed on Twitter.
The Galápagos, which are a UNESCO World Heritage site and located hundreds of miles off Ecuador’s coast, are currently home to some of the most exotic wildlife and ecosystems — many of which cannot exist at any other location in the world.

A river of 600,000 gallons of red wine flowed through a small Portuguese town on Sunday.
According to theNew York Post, two Levira Distillery tanks carrying a considerable volume of alcohol spilled during transport through São Lourenço de Bairro, which is home to around 2,000 residents, as of 2021, per theNational Institute of Statistics.
A video shared on Twitter, now known as X, shows the river of red wine gushing down a steep hill through the streets of the small town located in the northern region of Portugal in the municipality of Anadia.

A gentle ocean-dwelling giant has returned to the sea unscathed thanks to the dedicated work of three organizations.
According to arelease from the New England Aquarium, a 600-lb. leatherback sea turtle stranded itself on a mudflat in Cape Cod waters on October 10.
TheMass Audubon Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuaryresponded to the call about the animal in need first. Their rescuers arrived and went to work keepingthe sea turtle safeuntil it could be moved.
