Six people have now been arrested in connection with the death of ayoung Georgia woman believed to have been killed at a remote campsiteafter the man suspected of murdering her surrendered to authorities Wednesday.
Austin Todd Stryker, 22, of Dawson County, Georgia, turned himself in to authorities in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on Wednesday, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation announced in a statement on Twitter.
Wanted in the killing of Hannah Bender, 21, of Dahlonega in Lumpkin County, Stryker was the subject of a nationwide manhunt after her body was found in a shallow grave in Forsyth County more than ten days after she vanished.

A 12-year-old Virginia girl who accused her classmates of holding her down and cutting her hair now says she falsely accused the boys, according to a school statement.
The girl garnered public support last week when she spoke out about the alleged attack, in which she said three boys at Springfield’s Immanuel Christian School attacked her and cut her dreadlocks.
Now, school officials say she “has acknowledged that the allegations were false.

Chicago police have arrested seven people for allegedly vandalizing the city’s iconic Millennium Park sculpture popularly known as “The Bean.”
On Monday night, authorities found the 110-ton Anish Kapoor sculpture defaced with silver lettering reading “35th Crew,”CBS, theChicago TribuneandUSA Todayreport.
Police also found benches and a memorial wall in the Cancer Survivors’s Garden at Maggie Daley Park vandalized.
A short time later, the suspects were located and taken into custody.
