Seven high school football coaches in Canton, Ohio, have been fired over allegations that they forced a Hebrew Israelite teen to eat pork, despite his religious beliefs.
McKinley High School head football coach Marcus Wattley and seven of his assistant coaches were suspended last month over the allegations. According to theCanton Repository, the school board voted unanimously on Thursday night to not renew the contracts of four of the men, and said that three others would be ineligible for future coaching positions.

Seven people were injured after a large tree branch broke and fell on guests at theSan Antonio Zoothis week.
The branch fell “unexpectedly” on Wednesday, which causedzoo first responders, as well as local emergency crews on-site, to treat the injuredwithin minutes, President and CEO of the San Antonio Zoo Tim Morrow said in a statement.
“We are working with our internal and external teams to investigate the cause of the breakage to prevent this unusual event from happening again,” Morrow said.
