A community in Connecticut is rallying around an 8-year-old who was the victim of a cruel prank while shopping at Target last weekend.

An 8-year-old boy who has been hospitalized for weeks after falling from a cliff while on a family trip is slowly making progress in his recovery.
After the rescue, Jacari was airlifted to Regions Hospital, where doctors discovered he had received fractures to his skull, jaw, pelvis and back, along with other internal injuries. He was placed in a medically induced coma to give his brain time to heal for surgery.

Jaxson Dempsey was on his way to a haircut late last month when his 20-month-old sister Leila began choking on a chicken nugget from McDonald’s, ABC affiliateWNEPreported.
“It made me feel scared because I thought she was going to die,” Jaxson told CBS affiliateWYOU. “But then this thing came into my mind. I told my dad to pull over and I started to pat her back.”
This “thing” the second-grader had remembered was an episode of the Nickelodeon hidden camera prank showThe Substitute, in which celebrities go undercover in classrooms as substitute teachers.

Photo: City of Corona Police Dept.Police in California continue to search for an 8-year-old boy who has not been seen in two weeks — and the boy’s parents are now under arrest.According to a statement from Corona police, investigators contacted relatives of the boy, Noah McIntosh, but none have information on his whereabouts.Police first learned Noah was missing Tuesday evening, after receiving a call from his mother, Jillian Godfrey.Godfrey, 36, allegedly told police she did not know where her son was, prompting officers to contact Noah’s father, Bryce McIntosh.
