Fotis Dulos, 51, and his girlfriend, 44-year-old Michelle Troconis, were arrested Sunday and charged with fabricating or tampering with evidence and hindering prosecution. PEOPLE confirms Dulos and Troconis are expected to appear in court later today. Meanwhile, the search for Dulos’ estranged wife, Jennifer Dulos, continued Monday, with teams of investigators combing wooded areas along the Merritt Parkway.

On Saturday afternoon, around 3 p.m. local time, a Dodge Challenger went speeding through a red light and crashed into multiple other vehicles at an intersection, North Las Vegas Public Information Officer Alexander Cuevas said at apress conference. Cuevas revealed that the ages of those who died due to the incident range from “young juveniles to middle-aged adults.
