A Firefighter Is Dead and Another Missing After 2 Teens Allegedly Start Blaze in California Library

Photo: Porterville Fire Department Two 13-year-old boys have been arrested after police say they intentionally started a fire that claimed the life of a California firefighter. On Tuesday, at around 4:14 p.m., the Porterville Fire Department received a call about a massive fire that erupted at the Porterville Library, a spokesperson for the PFD tells PEOPLE. Fire Captain Raymond Figueroa, 35, and Firefighter Patrick Jones, 25, initially responded to the scene, which was located adjacent to the fire department.
