Police in Georgia may have found body in the search for 2-year-old J’Asiah Mitchell.
J’Asiah was reported missing on August 16, after his father, 23-year-old Artavious North, told police the boy had been kidnapped during an armed robbery, police said, per multiple reports.
However, North was charged with making false statements and falsely reporting a crime after investigators were unable to find evidence related to his claims, the outlets reported.

More than two years after she was allegedly abducted and taken to Mexico, Majesty Williams, now 6, was reunited with her father in Atlanta this weekend.
“We wish Majesty and her father the best as they move forward together,” Lieutenant Meredith Holt, Public Information Officer at Smyrna Police Department said in the statement.
It’s impossible to know how many children go missing in the United States each year because many children are never reported missing, according to NCMEC.

Monesia Greene is a cat whisperer, and now she is teaching felines to talk back.
According toBest Friends Animal Society, the animal lover volunteers with the nonprofit’s Atlanta program, regularly fostering cats from the rescue and assisting with adoption events.
“Monesia is a real cat whisperer. She has taken home several shy cats (and all of them) have made great improvements in a very short time,” Megan Matchett, a supervisor atBest Friends in Atlanta, said about the talented volunteer.
